What it is good for
People use it when a tattoo is new and still red, and they want to picture it calmer. Others use it before getting one, to think about how a design with thin lines or small details may look later. Pick Fresh ink, Healed, 5 years or 10 years and compare the pictures.
Tips for your photo
Take the photo of the tattoo in even daylight, at arm's length, with the whole design in frame. Hold the camera straight above it so the lines are not stretched. Avoid flash, which makes fresh skin shine, and avoid heavy shadows across the design. Leave out faces and anything you do not want in the picture.
What it does not do
It changes only the tattoo and keeps your body, the light and the framing. The result is an AI picture of how a fresh tattoo may look healed, not a forecast of how your own skin will heal or fade. It gives no medical or aftercare advice. For that, ask your tattoo artist.
